For Emily and Connor, bringing a little East Coast charm into their home meant creating a space that felt connected to their roots while making room for their growing family. Their existing floor plan wasn’t working for everyday life, and they wanted a home that felt as welcoming as it was functional.

We brought balance to the living room while preserving the storage their family needed, turned an underused half wall area into a closet, and doubled the size of the kitchen island to add more seating. What was once a catchall drop zone now has a purpose, and there’s room for everyone to gather. A little hometown charm, a lot more function, and a home ready to grow with them. Take a look at the transformation!
